This page is to be used only by traditional BSN applicants and ACE applicants who are eligible to apply to either of these programs(you may not apply to both programs). IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU DOWNLOAD THE CORRECT APPLICATION. Applicants who use the incorrect application will not be reviewed. Applications should be downloaded and returned to the appropriate office by the deadline date listed on the instruction sheet. Do not return the application via email.

COMPLETED BSN APPLICATION MUST BE RETURNED TO THE NURSING OFFICE, JENNINGS 135 BY 2/1/12. NO EXCEPTIONS
Accelerated Career Entry Program
2012 Applications are no longer accepted. If you wish you apply for the 2013 cohort, you need to apply to the university on 4/15/2012 in order to be considered for the 2013 .
