Fall 2012 Club Registration and End of the Year Transition

The 2011-2012 Academic Year has been an excellent year for Southern's Clubs and Organizations. As we begin celebrating our accomplishments and achievenments we must also begin thinking of the future. The Spring 2012 semester will quickly come to a close, and we will be asking Southern's Clubs and Organizations to submit their Fall 2012 Club Registration and begin transitioning for the Fall 2012 semester.

Below are several documents that clubs and organizations will need in order to successfully register for the Fall 2012 semester.

Letter sent to all clubs and organizations- this letter was sent to all clubs and organization regarding the Fall 2012 Club/Organization Registration and End of the Year Transition. This letter includes ALL deadlines. Please read carefully.

Club Registration and End of the Year Transition Checklist- this will provide an overview of all forms and steps needed to complete the process.

Club/Organization Registration Fall 2012 Registration Form- this form must be filed to register for the Fall 2012 semester.

Club/Organization End of the Year Report- this form must be filed with all important information from the Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 semester.

Advisor Agreement Form- We have contacted all club/organization advisors and asked them to complete this form. We will only be accepting hard copies.

Beneficiary Form- This form designates where any remaining funding will be dispersed to in the event that the club/organization becomes inactive.

Club/Organization Board Request Form- This form, located on Collegiate Link, is used to request a bulletin board on the 2nd floor of the Adanti Student Center.

Club/Organization Resoure Room Office Application- Some office space has become available in the Resource Room. Clubs/Organizations interested in office space should apply using this form, located on Collegiate Link.
