This page has been developed to help keep leadership in Fraternities and Sororities informed on important dates, deadlines and policies. Email will continue to be the official form of communication between the Office of Student Life/Greek Life Council/University and fraternities and sororities but this page will offer an additional location for information.

Events/Activities

On the dates listed below, you should be sure that your organization is NOT planning any events or programs that conflict with these important university programs. Additionally, please share these dates with your entire organization so that they are aware. We will be announcing additional important dates in the near future. Please note that we will refer back to these emails later in the semester if conflicts arise.  

Leadership Retreat, August 21 - August 23

Registration for the Leadership Retreat will be available through Collegiate Link by next week and more information will be available on both Collegiate Link AND the Student Life website.  

New Student Involvement and Club Fair, August 26th (tentatively 5pm-10pm)

This will be during New Student Welcome Week(end). All new students will be attending.

All University Student Involvement and Club Fair, Friday, Sept 19th 12pm- 3pm

Day of Service, Saturday, Sept 22nd, 8am- 3pm

All fraternities/sororities will be expected to participate as they have in the past.

Presidents Inauguration, Friday, Sept 28th, 1pm

This is just a date that you should all be aware of but we don't have specific involvement. Please DO NOT schedule any major events or activities on this day.

Mandatory Hazing Workshop, Monday, October 1st, 6pm- 9pm

ALL prospective new members AND 5 E-board members or leaders from each org are to be in attendance.

Friends of Rudolph, Sunday, December 9th
