To sign up for an intramural activity, print the form below and bring to the Office of Campus Recreation in the Adanti Student Center, Room 227.
Team and free agent registrations are due to the Office of Campus Recreation no later than 4:00pm on Friday, September 11th, 2009.
Games will begin on Monday, September 14th.
Captains meetings will be scheduled soon!
