Habitat for Humanity works in the Hamden/New Haven area to assist in building affordable and decent housing for those in need. We work with our local affiliate, Habitat for Humanity of Greater New Haven.

No skills are needed. Habitat will teach you skills that you never had background in and it is a lot of fun. The best part is when you can meet the homeowner and get a see a smile on their face.

Various projects that we have worked on include, renovations, demolishing,  painting, framing, gardening, nailing, hammering, etc.
