student leadership Retreat
The 2013 Winter Leadership Retreat will be held on January 11th and 12th. Student Leaders who are interested in attending should visit Collegiate Link at https://southernct.collegiatelink.net to register.
The Office of Student Life, Office of Residence Life, and Student Government Association are happy to invite registered student leaders to the Student Leadership Retreat on Friday, January 11th and Saturday, January 12th.
Student leaders are being invited to attend this retreat because they are registered as Southern Connecticut State University's student leaders, either as an elected or appointed executive board member within a club or organization, as an Orientation Ambassador, Community Coordinator/Advisor, or another elected or appointed position.
During the Student Leadership Retreat Weekend student leaders will have an opportunity to begin planning for their semester, receive critical information regarding student activities, and network with other student leaders as we anticipate continued collaborative programming, events, and activities.
The schedule for Student Leadership Retreat Weekend will be posted on this webpage.
Resident students who register for Student Leadership Retreat Weekend will have an opportunity to move-in early on Friday, January 11th. All resident students who have moved in early are required to attend all mandatory programs which will be indicated on the schedule. Students who have university related job training (ie...Community Advisor/Community Coordinator training) and/or academic related obligations or orientations (ie...winter classes) may be excused from mandatory sessions that conflict with these university related obligations. Please provide this information on the registration form.
We look forward to hearing from you and we hope that you will take advantage of this tremendous opportunity!
