Looking for your Owl Choice Card? First, check OwlChoiceCard.com and click the "Where's My Card" link.

Received Notification that Your Card Shipped

Once you receive your email notification from Higher One that your Owl Choice Card Debit MasterCard has shipped it typically takes between 5 to 7 business days to receive the card. If you haven't received your Owl Choice Card within two weeks of receiving the email notice that your card shipped, please contact the University Card Office at 203-392-7077 to have a new Owl Choice Card reissued. 

Returning Matriculated Students

If you're a matriculated student (full time or part time; undergraduate or graduate) and have not received notification that your Owl Choice Card has shipped you may have received an eRefund (electronically deposited into your bank account) within the last year and therefore would not automatically receive the Owl Choice Card. You can continue to receive your student account refunds to your previously designated bank account and are not required to make any changes.

New Matriculated Students

Newly matriculated students (those students accepted into a degree program) both full time and part time, undergraduate and graduate, will automatically receive an Owl Choice Card Debit MasterCard soon after they are enrolled. You will receive an email notification from HigherOne when your card ships.

If you have not received notification that your card has shipped and the semester has started, please contact the University Card Office at 203-392-7077 for assistance.

Non-Matriculated Students

Non matriculated students (those students enrolled part time and not accepted into a degree program) will not receive an Owl Choice Card Debit MasterCard. Click here to learn more about refunds for part time students.
