Chapter 31 - Vocational Rehabilitation and Education VetSuccess Program

The Vocational Rehabilitation and Education VetSuccess Program is for qualified service members with service-connected disabilities

New and First Time Transfer Students 

Students new to the University and utilizing the Vocational Rehabilitation and Education VetSuccess Program will need to complete/submit the following:

• VA Form 28-1905 Disabled Vet Authorization and School Attendance Form, which is issued from the VA Counseling & Rehab office. To request this form, you must complete the VA Form 28-1900 through the VONAPP (Veteran's On Line Application) system.
• Complete the Web Authorization Verification of Enrollment (WAVE) through the Department of Veteran's Affairs website.
  This form initiates the enrollment verification process through the VA
• SCSU VA Request for Enrollment Certification available from the Bursar's Office website.
  This form is used to provide required information to the Bursar's Office as part of the VA enrollment certification process

Continuing Students

Continuing students utilizing Vocational Rehabilitation and Education VetSuccess Program will need to complete/submit the following each academic year:
