Mail Services has a limited amount of the 2009 New Haven telephone directory available,
if your department has a need to receive an additional printed hard copy, please fill
out the form below. Orders placed after the original January 30, 2009 deadline for
ordering directories will be filled on a first come/first served basis while quantities
last.

In an effort to support the university recycling program, please place your department's old telephone directory in your department's blue recycling bin.
