The Registrar's Office supports the educational mission of the University by facilitating the progression of students from initial enrollment to degree completion. The Registrar's Office ensures adherence to academic policy, federal and state regulations; preserves academic integrity, and safeguards students' academic records. We measure our success with our ability to provide quality services to meet the diverse needs of students, faculty, administration, alumni, and the community. The Registrar's Office is responsible for:

• Keeping and maintaining students' academic records.
• Registration services
• Graduation/Diploma services
• Transcript requests
• Enrollment and degree verifications
• Course scheduling
• Grade processing
• Applications for in-state residency.
• Transfer credit approvals for continuing and returning students

If you have a specific question about your record, please email  the Registrar's Office from your Southern email account.  We will be unable to provide specific information to personal email addresses.  If you have applied for graduation and have a question about your audit, please contact the appropriate auditor.
