Your password expires every 90 days.   You may reset your Windows password at any time by filling out the password reset form The reset process takes roughly 15 minutes before you can sign into a computer on campus.

Username

Your username is assigned automatically and consists of letters based on your last name, your first name, and a random number. Under certain conditions, you may change your username.

OIT will change your usernames only for reasons such as misspellings, legal name changes, harassment or if your assigned username contains profanity. If your name has changed, be sure to first register the change with the Office of the Registrar or Human Resources.

Submit your request, along with justification, for a new username to OIT Help Desk. Account administrators will contact you and schedule the change.

You will need to notify those who send you email of your new username. Mail sent to your old username will be forwarded for a period of 30 days. After 30 days, no forwarding will be provided from the old username to the new username.
