We are still working on resolving this issue. We have been made aware that many users are now unable to log in at all and get an error message.
Additionally, we believe that the reason most users are unable to recieve email messages from GMAIL users is because of the issues we are having. We hope that once SonicWall is fixed, that will remove this growing problem as well.

We are currently experiencing the following issues with SonicWall eMS.
- Users are unable to log in.
- Users not receiving Junk Bos summary messages
- Users not able to see quaratined emails
- The web interface is not always available.
Our technicians have been working on this issue and we do not currently have a time frame for a resolution.
If you would like to be automatically notified when this issue has been resolved, please visit our KnowledgeBase. You will see a link for Global Work Orders. Clicking here will give you a list of all Global Work Orders that we have. Click the work order you want, and click Subscribe. When asked to log in, use your windows username and password (same username and password used to log into a Univeristy computer.) Once logged in, you will see again a link for Global Work Orders. Click that link, and you will be subscribed to the work order. You should recieve a message saying that you have been successfully subscribed to the work order. When we close this ticket, you will recieve an email notification that it has been resolved.
