The fifth meeting of the 2006-2007 year was called to order at 12:10 PM.

The minutes of October 25th, 2006 were approved.
Announcements:
Ř Senator Fullmer announced that the planet Mercury will be visible next week after 3:00 PM.
Ř Senator Swartz noted that the nominations for filling vacancies on several all-university committees have been sent to faculty. He encouraged all interested senators to apply and asked them to remind the faculty in their department to apply if interested.
Old Business: Personnel Policy Resolution: The Renewal Document.
At this point, because of time constraints, it was decided to postpone discussion on this resolution, until the next meeting.
The senate adjourned at 1:55 PM.
