Riding the Overtones of a Thought

Jonathan Knickerbocker
Ringing in my ear
Visualized and it once was clear
The contentment ever sought
Flowing up the river
To the streams
Springs of inspiration
Up, though diverging
Growing still, as the life of trees
Without the presence of the wind and direction
And deeper to dig to get to the roots,
The truth, the consequences and the end of it all
Under the shroud of the earth
Set down within the dirt
Align wihth the design of the stars
Stare long and slip asunder
To a deeper meaning of feeling and being
Entertain dementia shared among the allmind
