Our plan is to make this web site a continuously expanding resource (beginning in summer 2003) that will enrich and enliven the ideas and methods that are presented in the textbook. New related developments can be identified and highlighted, and historical and economic background ideas can be presented.

As this web site develops, you will eventually find a useful “user interface” in the Table of Contents section. It will replicate the textbook’s Table of Contents. Visitors to the site will be able to simply click on an item in the online Table of Contents to access materials relevant to that part of the textbook.
