Recyclemania!
Recyclemania is coming to Southern and the Student Government Association is supporting it all the way! We’ve aded our very own page about it here that we’ll update with information about Recyclemania news and events. Go check it out and help Southern go green!
Southern Connecticut State University is committed to being a good citizen, and part of being a good citizen is environmental stewardship. An enhanced recycling program, significant steps to conserve the campus community’s energy use, and environmentally responsible building design are among the ways that Southern has been, and will continue to strive to be, a “green” institution.
We’re doing everything we can to contribute and we hope you guys are too. SGA stands by Southern’s commitmment to be responsible for its waste and to be a forerunner university in going green. Recyclemania allows us to turn this great cause into a fun and compeitive event for all of us to enjoy. So do your part!
