Board of Student Issues Meeting Minutes of October 16, 2009
Members Present: Andrew Chu, Jeff Clancy, Rick Dematties, John Eno, Matt Earl, and Chuck Klatt
Commenced at 2:30 pm
Public Forums: Next week we will be starting public forums. We want to do them during community hour this will be 11-2pm. We will be doing it on Wednesday October 28 we will be meeting in the office at 11am. Have a lot of members executive board will be back and have a lot of people helping us. Have a table with SGA banner.
Green Houses: John talked to Pisecke who said that it won’t be that hard for us to pass to the organization. Jeff said that the group is very interested in doing this.
Chuck will go to North Market and see why prices are so expensive. Wants us to help him and find out about this .
Task:
Matt Earl: Contact Mark Z about putting flyers about making comments on the website
Chuck will shoot the dean of the School an email and set up a meeting with them and figuring out what we can do with this.
Chuck is not happy. We need to make our goals to accomplish stuff.
