BSI minutes for 11/6/09
Board of Student Issue Meeting Minutes of November 6 ,2009
Called to order: 2:34 pm
Members present: Chuck Klatt, John Eno, Jeff Clancy and Matt Earl
Old Items:
Green house: Chuck and Rick have talked with Environmental Futurists. Chuck will contact the chair of the department and set up a meeting with them.
Flyers for shuttle service. Put up flyers advertising John will get the weekend shuttle services schedule and post them around.
Parking: We need to make sure to advertising when we find out the date when the parking garage goes up so they can give awareness to the commuters about spots
We are trying to get an email for just BSI. So we can have input from students. Matt Earl will talk to Willie. If not then possibly getting a binder in the office.
Counselors: Chuck will work with Leilanie to see if the counselors can be more available.
Public Forums: No date will be set until we get all of the posters made. Chuck will give Anthony the info and plan a date. Matt said it would be a good thing possibly to use Engelmann.
Food services: Mark Ceneviva said we are a go for putting up the signs. Jeff said that he can do all of the signs at work on Monday. Matt said he can help him if he needs it. Jeff will have the design ready for next Fridays meeting. Matt is going to work on music for Connecticut hall.
New Items:
Work done: We need to accomplish things that we set out to do.
Dogleg parking stuff: Chuck will continue to talk to chief Dooley to figure out how they will work for us.
