Mission: The Board of Constitutional Review exists to make recommendations to the SGA and the University to grant or deny recognition to a new or proposed organization, or to terminate or suspend the recognition of an existing organization; review legislation of the SGA prior to enactment or implementation to ensure that it complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and is consistent with prior legislation passed by the SGA, the SGA’s Constitution, and the policies of the University; and review the SGA Constitution and to make written recommendations to the SGA for improvements and/or updates.
