We believe that you have chosen the best university to continue pursuing your academic and career goals, and we enthusiastically look forward to welcoming you to the campus.
We have planned an exciting and informative one-day orientation program scheduled for Friday, August 15. Our orientation program is designed not only to be a tremendous learning experience, but a time to socialize with over 400 transfer students who, like you, will be continuing their college careers at Southern. Along with learning how to navigate your way around campus, you will meet faculty and administrators, and have fun meeting new friends. This is a tremendous opportunity to prepare for a successful transition to Southern Connecticut State University.

Schedule
Freshmen and Sophomore status -- Transfer Students who have earned 59 credits or less should plan to arrive by 9am.
Junior and Senior status -- Transfer Students who have earned 60 credits or more should plan to arrive by 11 a.m.

The program for all students will conclude by 6 p.m.
Parent Orientation- Parent Orientation will begin at 9a.m. and conclude by 2p.m.

Reservations for orientation, can be placed for by visiting the Orientation reservation Web site. You must log in with your MySCSU username and password. Once you've logged in, you can place your reservation and provide us with some additional information that will help us plan for your arrival.
