    This site is designed to provide you, the current or future cardholder, with important information about the Southern CT State University Purchasing Card (P-card) program.

     To request a P-Card, please complete the P-Card Application Form (see below).  You should also read the P-Card Manual as you will need to successfully complete a P-Card Online Training program prior to receiving your P-Card.  Access to the P-Card Online Training Program will be provided to you upon receipt of your completed P-Card Application Form.
