Rex Gilliland
Rex Gilliland is an assistant professor of philosophy whose main interests lie in 19th and 20th century continental philosophy and ethics. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Memphis (2000), with a dissertation entitled "Heidegger's Concept of Freedom: His Confrontation with the Ethics of Kant and Schelling." Rex's current work focuses on the issues of novelty and judgment.
