Physics Department Open House

Please join Southern Connecticut State University Physics Club and Physics Department for an Open House. This invitation extends not only to current students, but prospective SCSU students and members of the Connecticut Community. We are opening the department for the afternoon to offer the community the opportunity to see our laboratory facilities, view poster presentations of current research conducted by students and faculty, see hands-on demonstrations from introductory and higher-level lab experiments, and most importantly, to provide mentoring opportunities for any students interested in taking physics courses at the University. A reception with refreshments and information will be available for all during the event.
We will also be showcasing the CRISP NanoCharacterization Facility at SCSU. CRISP is the SCSU/Yale Center for Research on Interfaces Structure and Phenomena.
