SPECIALIZATION IN RESEARCH
This specialization requires 33 credits beyond the introductory course and an additional 15 credits in cognates and culminates in the B.S. degree. The program emphasizes skill development in the research process and is highlighted by two senior-level lab courses which focus on testing, evaluation, data collection, and analysis. Courses have been chosen for their value in preparing for the research job market in psychology and related disciplines as well as for graduate study. Upon completion, students will have satisfied both the requirements for the major in psychology and the specialization in research.
