2. Open Internship File
   DEADLINE:    Thursday, February 4, 2010
   REQUIRED:    GPA check (minimum of 2.0), updated resume, 
                         & portfolio check (for REC 400 internship students)
   
   
3. Internship Site Approval
   DEADLINE:    Thursday, March 18, 2010
   REQUIRED:    Site name and address, contact person name,
                         & phone number/email address of contact person
   
   
4. File Complete
   DEADLINE:    Thursday, April 1, 2010
   REQUIRED:    Understanding Agreement complete and signed
                         & Affiliation Agreement in progress
   
   
5. Internship Organizational Meeting
   DEADLINE:    Week of May 3, 2010
