   REQUIRED:    GPA check (minimum of 2.0), updated resume, 
                         & portfolio check (for REC 400 internship students)
   
   
3. Internship Site Approval
   DEADLINE:    Thursday, March 29, 2012
   REQUIRED:    Agency name and address, contact person name,
                         & phone number/email address of contact person
   
   
4. File Complete
   DEADLINE FOR REC 400:    Thursday, April 12, 2012
   DEADLINE FOR REC 301:    Thursday, April 19, 2012
   REQUIRED:    Understanding Agreement complete and signed
                         & Affiliation Agreement in progress
   
   
5. Internship Organizational Meeting
   DEADLINE:    During the last two weeks of classes, date TBA
