Undergraduate Degree Application - Undergraduate students in the second to last semester of course work must apply for graduation by completing this form.  The degree application must be completed according to deadline dates for each degree cycle. Once the application is submitted, you will receive a notification letter from the Registrar's Office on the dates listed above.   If you are not ready to graduate the letter will list the deficiencies for graduation.  Students who fail to file by the deadline dates must file for the next application period.  Any student who does not apply for graduation will not graduate.  Students seeking certification must also obtain and submit an Application for Certification.
