Check-In/Check-Out

Residents moving into the residence halls will be assigned to a specific room with designated room-, apartment or suitemates. Residents are required to read over the hall contract and sign stating that he/she fully understands and agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the contract. Residents who vacate residence hall rooms must first complete the required checkout form and return keys to their resident hall director. The hall director must be informed of the vacancy.

 

Hall Transfers

During each semester, one week is designated for room and hall transfer requests. At this time only students may request from their current hall director to be transferred to another hall. Please note that transfers are not guaranteed.

 

Room Selection

At the end of each academic year, residents returning for the following year are permitted to request a room change. Room change procedures vary from hall to hall. Consult with the hall director as to that hall's procedures. Please note that room changes are not guaranteed.

 

Withdrawal from Residence Hall

Any student wishing to withdraw from a residence hall must contact Monica Raffone at the Registrar's Office.
