iPad Loans
In 2010 the Loan Program added iPads to its inventory, iPads can be loaned out to teachers of special education and technology from any Connecticut public school district. A school can acquire an iPad in two different ways; teachers can request applications that we have or that they would like to try and we will install the apps onto the iPad for them, or we can loan out a blank iPad so that the school can get their own applications using their personal Apple account. Below is a list of some of our most useful apps, there are many others that can be added to a loaned iPad upon request.

╖ Articulation Station- Learn to pronounce and practice sounds in English language
╖ Verbally- Allows users to communicate quickly an effectively with just a tap.

╖ Artikpix - Articulation application using matching and flashcards
╖ iWriteWords- Interactive writing app, teaches alphabet through writing letters
