Our certified Yoga instructor will lead you through relaxing poses in this all-levels Yoga class. A limited number of mats will be provided, please feel free to bring your own mat or towel. Free to all students! Arrive dressed in comfortable clothing.
Fast Track to 5K Training Program
Thursday September 18-Saturday October 18, 2014-Around campus
This five-week training program designed to help you achieve your goal of running to the finish line of the Bob Corda Homecoming 5K on October 18th, 2014! Participants will meet once per week, on Thursdays from 2:00pm-3:00pm starting the September 18th. The 60-minute training sessions will be led by the Office of Campus Recreation, running program coordinators and one of the SCSU Fitness Center’s personal trainers.
Successful completion of all 5 training sessions will qualify you for FREE entry in the Bob Corda Homecoming race and a FREE t-shirt! Space is limited to 25 participants.
