SCSU has adopted the Electronic Mail Student Notification Policy, which outlines email as an official means of communication; therefore, paper statements are not mailed out. Students and authorized users will receive an email notification when a new statement is available for viewing online.
Fall semester bills are due July 15, spring semester bills are due December 15, and if registering after the due date payment is due upon registration. Payment for winter, spring break, and summer intersessions are due upon registration. For other important deadlines please visit Important Dates.
To establish proper payment arrangements by the bill deadline, the Student Accounts Office must receive one or a combination of the following to cover the balance in full:
- Personal or third party payment on account
- Signed payment plan agreement w/down payment
- Financial aid awards, including scholarships, posted to the student’s account
