Additionally, callers are responsible for obtaining accurate and updated Alumni records for the Banner program. Lastly, callers will maintain accurate daily personal performance records and keep high levels of enthusiasm and self motivation.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
The dress code policy in the Development Office is not a strict one. We ask that callers dress comfortably, but realize that they are in a professional environment and should dress appropriately for an office environment. Jeans, khakis, pants, and skirts are allowed as are most t-shirts and sweatshirts. Clothing that is ripped, too revealing, or offensive in nature is inappropriate and should not be worn. SCSU apparel is preferred, but not required. Visitors may occasionally stop in and clothing that is not professional in nature does not shed a good light on the Phonathon program.
ARE THERE QUOTAS OR GOALS?
While we do ask callers to aim for an individual goal, their tenure with the program does not depend on that goal alone. Rather there are many factors that go into determining job performance. The goal for the 2011-2012 Phonathon team is $225,000.
HOW CAN I WIN PRIZES?
Each semester, we award student callers a variety of prizes based on many factors such as dollars raised, number of pledges, etc. Prizes vary from semester to semester.
