The Media Studies Department offers a B.A. degree in communication that emphasizes how media create and change cultural environments. The focus of study is on critical analysis from historical, social, perceptual, psychological, political, and ethical perspectives. The course of study prepares students for both graduate and professional work in a variety of media-related fields.
