Physical activity not only helps you physically feel better, but it helps you mentally as well. Physical activity is great medicine for the body!

Getting fit does not have to take place in a gym exclusively.  Whether we know it or not, many of our day to day activites actually count as physical activity.  Listed below are some activites and the number of calories the average person burns in 30 minutes:
