Welcome to Granoff Student Health Services at Southern Connecticut State University

No one has to tell you the importance of good health. Keeping fit plays a big part in feeling healthy, but healthiness also requires common sense, wise eating habits, and an awareness of what's happening to mind and body.
You will find our facilities to be very similar to those of your family physician. The professional staff is here to assist you with your ambulatory medical needs and help you make positive health care decisions. We ask you to make an appointment for all visits. Most times an appointment can be obtained on the same day you call. We have qualified medical practitioners in the areas of family practice, gastroenterology, gynecology, nutritional services, and HIV / STI counseling and testing.
At Southern's Granoff Student Health Services, you will find nurses, advanced practice nurses, and physicians to help you stay in tune with your physical and emotional self. The staff of the Health Center can treat an illness, refer you to specialists, answer your questions, and help you handle medical problems.
