Question: How do I access the H:, K:, or U: drive?
Answer:
FOR STUDENTS: Your U: drive is your home directory. Just click on
the home directory icon on your desktop
.
FOR FACULTY: Your H: drive (university share) and K: drive (department
share) can be accessed by clicking on the H: drive icon
or K: drive icon
in the taskbar at the bottom of
the screen. When you mouse over the H: drive, a balloon will pop
up (this is how you can distinguish between the two). When
clicked, you will be prompted for
your WINDOWS DOMAIN username and password (usually last name, first
initial, no number), not your MySCSU username and password. UPDATE: starting in Fall 2005, your
MySCSU username and password should be the same as your Windows domain
username and password.
