Question: How do I change the maximum cache size in Firefox?
Answer: Start Firefox by
clicking on the Firefox icon ,
, or choosing Firefox
from the K Menu. Once Firefox is started, select
Edit...Preferences from the main menu:

You will get the following screen (unless you have modified your
preferences before):

In any case, open the Privacy tab by clicking on the Privacy icon ,
:

Open the Cache dialog if it is not already open (if you see a plus sign
next to the word Cache as shown above, click the plus sign):

Change the number in the "Use up to:" box to no more than 5000.
This will allow up to 5 Megabytes of files in the cache.
