Begin your interactive MuPAD session much like you would an interactive Maple session.  Press the Enter key to execute a set of commands.  Use the menu system (Insert... Break... New Line) to input more than one line in a single input field.  The keyboard shortcut does not work.  Save your work using the .tm (TeXmacs) extension.
