Question: How do I surf the web, write a Word document, and run other common software?
Answer: Here is a chart listing some common tasks and the programs you should use to complete them.

Any icon can be dragged onto the desktop if you wish to make it accessible from there. Simply click and drag it to the desktop. You will get a short menu asking if you wish to move it or copy it there. Choose Copy.
