LSC 300L
Writing Assignments

This term you will be writing a great deal because 1) we want you to be intellectually active and 2) L-courses have a writing requirement of 5000 words and meet certain criteria (see Evaluation Form for L-Papers for list of criteria). To achieve this purpose, you will be given five different types of writing assignments.

Revision is an important part of writing. Each student is expected to revise papers using peer, self, and instructor review. The instructor will make comments on a portion of the submitted papers and the student is expected to revise the full paper using the instructor's comments.
