Subject Headings
-
You can find suitable subject headings for human resources management in three ways:
- Type in a search term related to human resources management, search by subject,
and see what the catalog returns. It will give you an option of related Library of Congress
Subject Headings to select.
- Type in a search term that you know will bring up an HRM source. Then select the
source and look at the subject headings assigned to that record. They are hyperlinked so
that if you click on them, you will be directed to all holdings classified within that subject
heading.
- Look up a suitable keyword in the Library of Congress Subject Headings books. Each
official subject heading will list other related terms along with it.
