The 6th Annual Southern Connecticut State University Film Festival is 
sponsored by the Communication Department and SCSU TV.

To enter SCUFF 2016, you must be a student or graduate of Southern Connecticut State University unless entering under the "Community" category.

All entrants must complete the registration form and submit it to room 235 of the Adanti Student Center or Earl Hall room 122. Please also provide a synopsis of your film along with a short biography of the filmmaker. The film may not exceed 10 minutes. Upon submitting your film, please send an email to to confirm your submission. Please include your name and the title of your film.

Accepted film entry formats: Data DVD-R with a .mov or .mpeg2 file of your film. (Please note that SCSU TV will not return your DVD).

Films will be judged in five categories:

  • Narrative
  • Documentary
  • Experimental
  • Other
  • Community
