Dr. Andoh has a Ph.D. in Economics from New York
University, an MA (Economics) and a BA (Economics and Law) from Virginia State
and University of Science and Technology respectively.
Generally an applied economist with varied interests, some of his publications have appeared in Applied Economics, Applied Economics Letters, Financial Review and African Development Review.� His research interests include development and finance, money and banking and monetary policy. He has reviewed manuscripts for African Development Review and is an Associate Editor of Journal of African Finance�
In 200 he was awarded a senior Fulbright Scholarship to Azerbaijan and subsequently co-authored a grant for $292k from the State Department to establish a linkage between Khazar University and Southern Connecticut State University, which lasted from 2002 to 2005.
He is currently working on the marginal cost section of the Connecticut Results First Cost Benefit Analysis which is being funded by Pew Center on the States and MacArthur Foundation. ��
