Alison Wall is an Assistant Professor of Management in the School of Business at Southern Connecticut State University. She holds a D.B.A. from Louisiana Tech University and an M.B.A. from University of Louisiana at Monroe. She earned her B.B.A. in Marketing from University of Mississippi.

Her teaching interests are human resource management and organizational behavior. Her industry background includes a managerial position at the Monroe-West Monroe Convention and Visitor’s Bureau where she worked with hotels, event planners, the media, and local attractions to promote visitation to Northeast Louisiana. Her research interests include individual differences in employee motivation and productivity, deviant workplace behaviors, the impact of workplace policies on employee behavior, social media in the workplace, and research methods.

She is a member of the Academy of Management, Eastern Academy of Management, Southern Academy of Management, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
