There are two separate processes for requesting events on campus based on your university affiliation.
Non-University Conferences and Events Facility Request Form
The first step in securing your event space is to fill out the request form below. Upon receipt, your request will be forwarded to Southern's Facilities Usage Committee for approval. The Committee will also assess security and parking needs at this time. Once a decision is made, you will be contacted by a designated conference coordinator. If approved, all outside and co-sponsored event planners will be asked to sign a contractual agreement and provide a Certificate of Insurance at this time. All further communications and planning will take place directly with your conference coordinator, as needed.
