Working Together

SCSU and You logoThe SCSU and You - Working Together effort began in August 2012 with a small committee of individuals from Academic and Career Advisement, Card Services, Financial Aid, Residential Life, Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, and the Registrar's and Bursar's offices formed a customer service working group to discuss how to improve overall customer service. The group began by focusing on technological solutions to everyday issues for students. The committee then moved to develop principles and practices that could be standard across all departments

SCSU and YOU - Working Together is now a comprehensive program to build a community of people who are enthusiastic about serving our students, and who have the working knowledge to assist them in achieving their goals. The mission of the administrative offices at SCSU is to deliver superlative customer service that enhances the student experience and encourages students to achieve their educational goals - with the identified core values of responsibility, accuracy, effectiveness, empowerment, integrity and professionalism.
