SeeClickFix is Web-based and anyone can report issues from their computer or phone. The Web link and phone app are based on Google Maps and when you click on the web link or the app on your phone, Google Maps using GPS will pinpoint your location and show a street map of our campus. You then will be able to drag a red flag to the exact location of the issue you want to report. Members of our campus community will be able then to choose which topics to report and give a short description of the problem. On your phone, you can even take a picture of the problem and attach it to the work request. All issues reported will be viewable on our Facilities website. The requester and our campus community will be able to follow the progress of all work requests. Notifications (emails) are sent to the proper individuals who are responsible to respond to the work requests and to the one that reported the problem. So everyone will know when an issue is being worked on and fixed.
