North Campus Townhouses
The North Campus Townhouses offer quad-occupancy, apartment-style accommodations for students with 90+ credits. Each townhouse features a separate entrance.
Apartments are equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and sink area. The common area living room in each apartment is fully carpeted and provides two couches, coffee and end tables, and cable TV access. Each of the two bedrooms contains a full bathroom with shower for use by the residents of that room. Ample closet space and two dressers per bedroom allow for plenty of storage space. Finally, each bedroom also features two beds, two mattresses, two desks and two chairs. Individual heat and air conditioning units in each bedroom allow for personalized control of the heat of the apartment, and wireless Internet access is available throughout.
Townhouse residents have access to amenities located within the Midrise building including:
- Hoot Loot-operated washers and dryers (accessible during guest sign-in hours)
- A first floor Recreation Room featuring an air hockey table, foosball, a multi-game arcade cabinet, and lounge space with a big screen television
- The North Campus Computer lab
- The North Campus Marketplace, a mini-grocery storage with items for purchase using cash or Hoot Loot (including but not limited to fresh baked goods, frozen items, sandwiches, dairy products, canned items, and other apartment supplies)
