SCSU has adopted the Electronic Mail Student Notification Policy, which outlines email as an official means of communication; therefore, paper statements are not mailed out. Students and authorized users will receive an email notification when a new statement is available for viewing online.
Fall and spring semester bills are due approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the first day of university-wide classes, or upon registration if the due date has passed. Payment for winter, spring break, and summer session is due upon registration. For specific deadlines please visit Important Dates.
To establish proper payment arrangements by the bill deadline, the Student Accounts Office must receive one or a combination of the following to cover the balance in full:
- Personal or third party payment on account
- Signed payment plan agreement w/down payment
- Accepted financial aid award, including scholarships, posted to the student’s account
