Simply put, mindfulness is the practice of being where your feet are.  It is the skill of focusing intentionally in the present moment and accepting it without judgment.  In this series, you will learn how to reduce your stress and worry, and how to improve your overall well-being and quality of life.   This eight-week series helps you to feel more centered and calm, and gives you the skills to manage life's challenges in a more effective way!
