The University Budget Committee (UBC) serves as a shared governance body that advises the President, Vice President for Finance & Administration, and CFO, and the President's leadership team on matters related to university budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning.

Space Committee Charter and Guiding Principles

The Space Committee at Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU) is charged with reviewing space requests, evaluating utilization, and considering the alignment of space assignments with the university’s mission and strategic priorities. The committee will make recommendations regarding space allocation and use, but the final decision-making authority rests with the President of the university.
